We offer a full product refund the first time you purchase them as long as it’s within 30 days, less shipping cost. The second time your order a product, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit, less shipping cost.

Please fill out the return or exchange request form, including your name, the product, your order number and the reason for your request. It will be processed within five business days, and you will be notified of the status.

We calculate shipping costs based on the total weight of your order. The final shipping charge will be determined at checkout, where you'll be able to see the total cost before completing your purchase. When switching from commercial deodorants to Always Ageless® Organic Deodorant, your body may go through a transition period. During this time, your underarms will naturally purge built-up toxins that have accumulated in your pores. To help manage this phase, you can gently wipe under your arms with witch hazel or an astringent and reapply the deodorant as needed. Avoid returning to commercial products, as this will only prolong the transition.

For a quicker detox, try applying a baking soda paste under your arms. Let it dry, wash it off, and let the process help pull out toxins in one step. Once you’ve made the switch, there’s no going back—you’ll never need commercial deodorants again.
