Christia’s Journey to Clean Beauty
Christia Sale’s journey to creating her own deodorant began with a shocking revelation. While undergoing laser hair removal, she was advised to avoid commercial deodorants due to the aluminum in them that could heat up and burn her skin. Later, during thermography appointments, she heard the same warning. Alarmed by these consistent cautions, Christia’s curiosity and passion for learning drove her to take control.
Determined to create a safe alternative, she began crafting her own deodorant using organic coconut oil, shea butter, arrowroot, and beeswax—all pure, nourishing ingredients. Her mission deepened when she learned that women recovering from breast cancer are often told to avoid commercial deodorants due to the harmful effects of metals and toxins on hormone levels and breast tissue.
Christia also offers organic facial serum and body oil for those who want that luxurious experience from their skin care without the toxins and chemicals in commercial brands.
